This digital accessibility statement applies to the website of SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd GmbH, available at https://www.fiveways.app.

SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd GmbH is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with EU Directive 2019/882 (the “European Accessibility Act”) and the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG).

General Description of Services

SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd GmbH provides rehabilitation and care services following an inpatient stay. Agreements may be concluded for outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services.

In addition, SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd GmbH offers contact and support services to facilitate the conclusion of these agreements, including an online contact form, telephone hotline, and in-person appointment scheduling.

Implementation of Accessibility Requirements

When developing the website, SRH Berufsbildungswerk Neckargemünd GmbH has taken accessibility into account in its design, layout, and usability to ensure that the website is accessible or, at a minimum, has reduced accessibility barriers.

The accessibility requirements are based on Section 3 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), in conjunction with the Ordinance to the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV), issued pursuant to Section 3 (2) of the BFSG. Sections 12, 13, and 19 of the BFSGV define the accessibility requirements for services provided in commercial transactions. The technical requirements are based on the European standard EN 301 549.

These requirements have been implemented in particular through the following measures:

  • Simplified usability and improved, user-friendly navigation
  • Improved visibility of contact and support services, text, links, and buttons through enhanced color contrast, clearly identifiable contact buttons, and directions
  • Use of visually distinct hyperlinks and larger font sizes in sections and service descriptions
  • Clear identification of hyperlinks
  • Website functionality without the use of a keyboard

The website already provides a good level of accessibility for users in many areas. However, it does not yet fully comply with the requirements of the German Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (Barrierefreie-Informationstechnik-Verordnung, BITV). As part of a planned technical update, the relevant accessibility requirements will be implemented gradually.
